We cut our trees to order to ensure they reach you as fresh as possible. The trees don’t spend days crammed into pallets waiting to be distributed to outlets, nor are they shipped overseas or around the country. We therefore need to limit our delivery options.

Please be advised that we reserve the right to charge for delivery outside of the BN1, BN2 and BN3 postcodes. A delivery charge of £10 will apply to BN10 and BN43. If you would like to order a Christmas Tree outside of these post codes please send us an enquiry and we will confirm if we can deliver to your address. Alternatively, if you order outside of these postcodes we will contact you to confirm if we can fulfill your order and if there will be an alternative delivery charge.

Delivery Times 

We know that December is a busy month for everyone, not just us. To try and ensure we manage your expectations as best as possible we plan our route based on postcodes.  Deliveries are split between AM and PM delivery slots.  The below table shows which time slot your postcode falls into on any given delivery day.

We aim to complete AM deliveries between 07:00 and 13:00 and PM deliveries between 12:00 and 21:00. When selecting your delivery date please be aware of the delivery time for your postcode zone (shown below). We will also email you the day before delivery with an estimated 2 hour delivery window.

Guaranteed Delivery Times

You can opt to guarantee your deliver time within a chosen 2 hour window.  The 2 hour window will need to be within the delivery schedule for your delivery date and postcode.   i.e if your postcode is in Zone 1 and your selected delivery date is for a PM delivery you cannot guarantee an AM delivery window.  The charge to secure a guaranteed delivery window is £20.  If delivery is later than the selected delivery window the fee will be refunded.

Haywards Heath Customers – if you live in RH16 please indicate your preference of AM or PM in the additional notes when placing an order. Delivery to RH16 is free. Unfortunately we are unable to deliver outside of RH16 unless you have ordered from us before.
